as I have just published my rules how to handle the content of material published on my website and dealing with any other EFT- material, I ‘d like to explain my expectations in regard to translations and publications of these on other than my EFT-Website www.emofree.com.

I encourage the ethical use of all EFT-materials and the use of it in a proper spirit.
Regarding the copyright of any of my published articles, you know, that I have waived it to fulfil my intention of “spreading the word”.
According European and American law the translator of a project gains a copyright regarding that translation. This copyright can be split into the right regarding the distribution and the moral right of possession.
As I waive my copyright in regard of ethical distribution of my work I urge you to do the same.
In order to spread the word of EFT I cannot accept any restrictions of distribution.
This includes my deep wish that everything taken from my website, been translated and published on another website, must also appear in it’s content (not it’s appearance and format) on the German speaking website www.eft-info.com which is managed by Robert Rother with no commercial intentions. (Off course with all credits for the Originator including a link to the original published position)
The reason behind is that I want all the published material to be searchable by a powerful search tool. This can only be managed if it is additionally displayed on this site.
Please remember that I give away all information of my technique, which I publish on my website free of charge. From there I take the right to ask you to share your work as well.
This is no restriction but another step of multiplication in order “to spread the word” and the spirit of EFT.
If you do not feel happy sharing your work, I might reconsider my liberal policy.
I count on your cooperation and thank you very much for all the work and effort made to make EFT such a powerful and successful tool all over the world.
